It is likely that most of us will end up working from home in the coming months. But WFH does not mean remaining glued to the screen. We need to learn to MOVE between meetings to stay healthy.
Schedule time to take off and move – have a 5-minute dance party alone/with your partner/with your kids before lunch. Have a reminder every hour to at least walk around – much like what the apple watch does or even mopping the house will keep you active and burn those calories

- Schedule just catch up meetings from home – Zoom, Skype or ToTok…talk to each other LIVE!
- Every meeting does not need agenda. It is good to be able to connect informally even for virtual coffee and this is imp to maintain the relationships with peers, colleagues and managers
