This is the period in a man’s life when he is at the peak of his personal as well as professional life. He participates and contributes to the society as a self-sufficient adult and takes up financial responsibilities that lead to making responsible decisions.
Men in this age group would be more set in their habits and lifestyles and used to the daily hustles. At this stage they have multiple commitments and responsibilities, where they would be required to take care of their family such as spouse, children and aged parents. In the midst of all these responsibilities, men often do not prioritize taking care of their own body, especially the health of their skin.
Below are some simple tips that can be used to ensure that they have healthy skin:
- Use a cream cleanser for face if skin starts to become or feel dry.
- Continue the use of moisturizer with sunscreen during the day.
- Use eye contour creams twice, daily over moisturizer during the day and over an anti-aging serum at night to keep under eye dark circles and eye bags at bay.
- Anti-aging serums containing Glycolic Acid, Vitamin C and mild amounts of Retinol should be used before going to bed at night. For rest of the body, use light moisturizers. Some people may need thicker moisturizing creams for their legs and feet.
If you notice any unusual changes in your skin texture, color or notice any new spots on the skin, consult a dermatologist immediately.
